Data Analyst

Demandbase is seeking a creative and highly motivated data analyst with expertise in translating complex business challenges into actionable data solutions. The role involves analyzing and reporting metrics using analytical and statistical skills, as well as owning and improving the quality, accuracy, and relevance of data. The data analyst will work alongside a team of data engineers and research analysts to evaluate data and implement smarter techniques to validate, analyze, and improve data quality. • Use analytical and statistical skills like SQL, R, Python, and Automation tools to analyze data and report metrics
• Own, assess, and improve the quality, accuracy, and relevance of data
• Find errors with analysis that cannot be easily found by hand
• Identify and escalate areas for improvement and best practices
• Work towards smart and intelligent algorithms for features with data input
• Participate in the design, implementation, and review of content modeling, conversion, and use

• 1-4 years of experience in data querying, manipulation, and analysis
• Experience with SQL and working on databases
• Hands-on experience working with large data sets, data visualization, data mining, and data cleansing/transformation
