Sr. Product Manager

Demandbase is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of core products, driving new revenue streams and powering applications across their four clouds. The role involves defining data strategy, managing data sources, and developing a comprehensive roadmap for data products. The Senior Product Manager will work closely with customers, engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver a compelling product experience. They should have experience in product management, domain expertise in data-driven applications, and strong communication and analytical skills.

• Define data strategy, prioritize data definition and content roadmap development based on customer feedback and pain points
• Identify, evaluate, and manage data sources aligned with platform strategy
• Drive product priorities aligned with overall business objectives and develop a comprehensive roadmap for data product(s)
• Provide technical, functional, and business expertise to engineering teams
• Define data models and integration specifications for internal applications and external public APIs
• Define and drive data KPIs across data sourcing, data analysts, data science, and engineering teams
• Work closely with customers to understand business pain, needs, requirements, and translate them into a prioritized product roadmap
• Collaborate with sales engineers, solution architects, professional services, and other product managers to identify and prioritize opportunities, define solutions, and drive cross-functional execution
• Collaborate with Professional Services team to deliver strategic projects and validate hypotheses for new data features
• Act as an evangelist for data product(s), representing the company at industry events, analyst briefings, and with key customers
• Stay updated on current and future trends in B2B data and intelligence to deliver innovation
• Have 5+ years of product management experience
• Experience working with distributed teams across time zones/locations
• Domain expertise in applications leveraging data and decision science for customer engagement and application experience
• Knowledge of web technologies and REST APIs
• Experience with big data processing and/or data science applications
• Technical competency and leadership in implementing data-driven solutions
• Knowledgeable about machine learning techniques
• Strong analytical skills and product prioritization decision-making
• Experience with agile, scrum, project management, and story-drafting
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
• Ability to present to internal and external audiences, from executive decision makers to technical personnel
• Ability to write concise and clear definitions of prioritized features for technical team implementation
• Experience in business development.

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Experience working with distributed teams across time zones/locations
• Domain expertise in applications that leverage data and decision science to enhance customer engagement and application experience
• Knowledge of web technologies and REST APIs
• Experience working on big data processing and/or data science applications
• Technical competency and demonstrated leadership implementing data-driven solutions (e.g. data warehouse, data processing, MDM, business intelligence)
• Knowledgeable about machine learning techniques including decision trees, time series, text analysis, NLP, etc.
• Great analytical skills and product prioritization decision-making
• Experience with agile, scrum, project management, and story-drafting
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
• Comfort/skill presenting to both internal and external audiences, from executive decision makers to technical personnel
• Ability to write concise and clear definitions (user stories) of prioritized features for technical team implementation
• Experience in business development
