About The Position

Camping World is seeking a Sales Development Administrator to support the BD Sales department. The role is primarily responsible for ensuring that the company website accurately displays dealership inventory and that available units have current, professional photos. The administrator also provides administrative support and handles customer interactions with the goal of exceeding customer expectations.

Requirements

Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
Results-driven and motivated for sales.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to manage responsibilities effectively with time management to reach goals.
Ability to multitask while demonstrating strong organizational skills.
Prior CRM experience and strong computer skills.
May lift up to 25 lbs. and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.

Previous sales experience.

Responsibilities

Set and record or track RV sales appointments in the CRM.
Accurately record prospective customers’ information.
Monitor response times for incoming leads.
Maintain knowledge of digital marketing activities and campaigns.
Follow provided scripts and talking points for each type of phone call accepted or made.
Schedule additional follow-up based on customer contact, log notes, and update customer stages as appropriate.
Help ensure website inventory is accurate and photos for available dealership units are current and professional.
Provide administrative support to the BD Sales department.
