About The Position

Camping World is seeking a Sales Development Administrator to support its Business Development (BD) Sales department. The role is primarily responsible for ensuring the website accurately displays inventory and that available dealership units have current, professional photos. The administrator also provides administrative support to the BD Sales department and approaches each interaction and transaction with the goal of exceeding customer expectations.

Requirements

Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
Results-driven and motivated for sales.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to manage responsibilities effectively with time management to reach goals.
Ability to multitask while demonstrating strong organizational skills.
Prior CRM experience and strong computer skills.
May lift up to 25 lbs. and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.

Nice To Haves

Previous sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Set and record or track RV sales appointments in the CRM.
Accurately record prospective customers’ information.
Monitor response times for incoming leads.
Maintain thorough knowledge of digital marketing activity and campaigns.
Follow provided scripts and talking points for each type of phone call accepted or made.
Schedule additional follow-up based on customer contact, log notes, and make appropriate customer-stage changes.
Help ensure the website accurately displays inventory and that available dealership units have current, professional photos.
Provide administrative support to the BD Sales department.
