About the position
The Sales Area Manager - Sud Italia is a crucial role in driving the ambitious growth of the company. This position involves leading and executing the local strategy, as well as managing and coordinating a team of sales agents. The focus of the role is on expanding the business in the pharmaceutical and fitness channels, while also exploring other potential growth opportunities. The Sales Area Manager will be responsible for guiding the sales force, analyzing market potential, acquiring new customers, and representing the company at industry events. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, experience in managing resources, and a passion for fitness and healthy eating.
Responsibilities
- Guiding and managing the sales force in the assigned area
- Leading the execution of the national sales strategy in the assigned area
- Analyzing potential sales opportunities and acquiring new customers
- Conducting market observation and competition analysis
- Representing the company in industry events and fairs
- Providing support in the development of strategic cooperation
- Ensuring internal alignment to achieve business objectives
- Managing and optimizing key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Conducting potential analysis, store presentations, and negotiation/closure of commercial leads
- Having at least 3 years of experience in sales/commercial sector, including managing and coordinating sales resources
- Having a degree in economics, preferably with a focus on sales or marketing
- Having experience and existing connections in sales in the pharmacy and sports & fitness channels
- Having a passion for fitness and healthy eating, and interested in building long-term partnerships for the premium brand.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in sales/commercial sector, managing and coordinating resources (sales force and/or sales agents), with proven results. Key Account management and Business Development are a plus.
- Completed a degree, preferably in economics, with a focus on sales or marketing.
- Experience and existing connections in sales in the pharmacy and sports & fitness channels.
- Great passion for fitness and healthy eating, and interested in building long-term partnerships for our Premium Brand.
- Willingness to relocate is an essential requirement.
