About the position
As a Brand Activation Manager at foodspring, you will be responsible for the in-year delivery of marketing activations and the full marketing plan for different markets. You will apply PDCA methodology to analyze performance gaps and identify short-term opportunities, manage social media and content calendar, and oversee the end-to-end delivery of country events. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing and executing country-specific partnerships and optimizing existing partnerships. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in brand marketing, strong project management skills, and a passion for health and well-being in the FMCG industry.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the in year delivery of each country marketing activation / in year delivery of the full marketing plan
- Apply PDCA methodology, clarifying root cause analysis of performance gaps & identifying short-term opportunities; go-to for all tactical related actions/opportunities
- Localisation & delivery of platform campaigns/innovations
- Manage social media, content calendar and delivery
- Own the E2E delivery of all country events, setting clear KPIs and tracking deliverables
- Innovation performance tracking; work in partnership with the commercial teams to analyse performance and drive action
- Responsible for implementation and execution of all country specific partnerships (within media mix & strategically relevant)
- Optimise and amplify key existing partnerships, and manage renewals and on-going strategic discussions
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in brand marketing / brand activation, preferably within FMCG
- Leading of external partners & proven track record of delivering cross-functional plans
- Experience in social media management, event activation & PR is a plus
- Experience in influencer management is a plus
- Project management experience, working as part of cross-functional teams
- Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented & results-driven
- Strong analytical skills
- A passion for health & well-being / food segment / FMCG industry
- Creative thinking with a consumer-centric mindset
- Education: University degree in Business/Marketing
