About the position
This role is for a Full-time position located in Berlin, within the Brand Activation team. As the leader of the activation team, your main responsibility will be to ensure the successful delivery of each country's marketing activation and the full marketing plan. You will also be in charge of managing social media, content calendar, and delivery, as well as overseeing the execution of country events and partnerships. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in delivering cross-functional plans and managing external partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead the activation team and be responsible for the in year delivery of each country's marketing activation/ in year delivery of the full marketing plan
- Apply PDCA methodology clarifying root cause analysis of performance gaps & identifying short-term opportunities; go-to for all tactical related actions/opportunities
- Localization & delivery of platform campaigns/innovations
- Manage social media, content calendar and delivery
- Own the E2E delivery of all country events, setting clear KPIs and tracking deliverables
- Local go-to-market execution; work with country cross-functional team to deliver innovation
- Responsible for implementation and execution of all country specific partnerships (within media mix & strategically relevant) and delivering PR initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in a similar role & 1 year of experience in people management, preferably within FMCG
- Leading of external partners & proven track record of delivering cross-functional plans
- Experience in leading social media management, event activation, and PR team
- Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Project management experience
- Experience in online D2C businesses
- Budget management skills and ability to maximize spend
- Capable of driving own agenda to support business goals
- Passion for health & well-being, food segment, and FMCG industry
- Creative thinking with a consumer-centric mindset
- University degree in Business/Marketing or comparable
- Fluent in German and English
