Room Service Attendant
About The Position
Room Service Attendants help provide a relaxing and luxurious stay for guests at Quinn's Hot Springs Resort by ensuring guest rooms are clean, inspected, and restocked before guests arrive. The role works at a fast pace and to a daily timeline, with rooms ready for the 4:00 p.m. check-in. Attendants work with a team to clean an assigned number of rooms within a specific timeframe. The position pays $17.00 per hour to start, plus a bi-weekly performance- and task-based bonus equivalent to $2–$3 per hour. A wage review takes place at six months. The schedule is 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 or 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities
- Clean all areas of guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, sleeping areas, and living areas.
- Remove used bedding and replace it with clean bedding.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, including cleaning porches and entrance rugs.
- Gather discarded items and empty trash.
- Clean bathroom counters, toilets, floors, showers, and tubs.
- Clean kitchen counters, refrigerators, microwaves, coffee presses, and sinks.
- Dust and clean surfaces and ensure items are in their correct locations.
- Restock and refill items as needed.
- Ensure room items and equipment are in good working condition.
- Collaborate with the team to clean assigned rooms within the required timeframe.
