About The Position
The Residential Program Manager oversees two community homes within JEVS’ Community Living and Home Support program. The program provides specialized, 24-hour support to people with intellectual disabilities, helping them live independently and remain connected to their families and communities. The manager oversees and supports staff, monitors residents’ health and well-being, and helps ensure the homes operate in compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Perform emergency duties as requested in the best interest of consumers’ health and welfare.
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Oversee budgets and overtime, and coordinate maintenance needs for homes and assigned vehicles.
- Train staff on policies and the principles of Everyday Lives.
- Serve as on-call support for assigned homes and, on a rotational basis, potentially serve as On-Call Supervisor across residential programs.
- Monitor consumers’ health, including medical needs, doctor orders, and medication administration.
- Oversee two community homes, manage staff, and monitor residents.
