About The Position

Ourisman Automotive Group is seeking a customer-focused Rental Agent to manage vehicle rentals and deliver a seamless, professional experience from reservation through vehicle return. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The role includes preparing rental agreements, supporting sales and service opportunities, maintaining vehicle cleanliness and inventory, and responding to customer inquiries. The Rental Agent also helps meet established sales and service standards and performs other duties as assigned to support business needs.

Requirements

Ability to follow defined service and sales processes effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including some Saturdays.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Valid Virginia driver's license.

Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional rental experience by maximizing sales and service opportunities for every customer.
Greet customers professionally and warmly, and prepare rental agreements.
Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
Meet or exceed established sales and service standards.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness, including washing and vacuuming vehicles as needed.
Monitor and manage vehicle inventory daily to ensure availability.
Respond promptly, professionally, and helpfully to telephone and email inquiries.
Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs.
