About The Position

The Rental Sales Agent supports the customer experience at a SIXT airport branch by greeting and guiding customers through the car rental process, identifying their needs, and advising them on vehicle choices and rental options. The agent prepares rental agreements and sells vehicle upgrades, protection packages, fuel options, and additional services, with the goal of meeting or exceeding sales targets through upselling and cross-selling. The role involves handling customer inquiries professionally and promptly in a commission-driven environment. SIXT provides training about its vehicles. The advertised hourly rate is $19.20, with uncapped bonuses and a stated average salary range of $111,000 to $195,000.

Requirements

• Demonstrated sales ability, including upselling and closing experience, and motivation to meet targets.
• Customer-service orientation and experience building customer relationships.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and comfort with direct customer interaction.
• Comfort working in a commission-driven environment and under pressure.
• Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, with flexible working hours.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.
