About The Position

At SIXT, the Rental Sales Agent delivers customer service and sales at an airport branch. Requirements

• Proven sales ability, including upselling and closing experience, and motivation to meet targets.
• Customer-facing experience; relevant sectors may include retail sales, hospitality sales, banking, B2B, or car rental.
• Service-oriented approach and a track record of building customer relationships.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and enjoyment of direct customer interaction.
• Comfort working in a commission-driven environment and under pressure.
• Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, with flexible working hours.
• Valid US driver's license and clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers in a friendly, professional, sales-focused manner.
• Greet and guide customers through the car rental process, build rapport, and identify their needs.
• Prepare rental agreements and upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, fuel options, and additional services.
• Meet and exceed sales goals through upselling and cross-selling.
• Handle customer inquiries urgently and professionally while staying organized and service-oriented.
