About The Position

Kia of Frisco is seeking a customer-focused, organized Rental Agent to support its Service department and keep the service loaner vehicle operation running smoothly. The role involves assisting customers with loaner vehicles and related paperwork, tracking and inspecting vehicles, and keeping them clean, fueled, and ready for use. The Rental Agent also moves and stages vehicles around the dealership, maintains an organized loaner area, assists with general porter and Service department vehicle needs, and communicates with Service Advisors and the Service Manager about vehicle availability and customer needs. The position requires open availability and Saturdays. Applicants must be high school graduates or equivalent and at least 18 years old. Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate customer and dealership vehicles.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Open availability and ability to work Saturdays.

• Automotive dealership, rental car, hospitality, or similar experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the check-out and return of service loaner vehicles.
• Assist customers with loaner vehicle paperwork and provide a professional experience.
• Track vehicle availability, keys, mileage, fuel levels, and vehicle condition.
• Inspect loaner vehicles at check-out and return.
• Help ensure loaner vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for the next customer.
• Move and stage vehicles around the dealership as needed.
• Maintain an organized loaner vehicle area.
• Assist with general porter and Service department vehicle needs.
• Communicate with Service Advisors and the Service Manager regarding vehicle availability and customer needs.
• Promptly report vehicle damage or concerns.
• Follow dealership procedures for the safe handling and operation of vehicles.
