About The Position

Kia of Frisco is seeking a customer-focused, organized Rental Agent to support the Service department and help manage its loaner vehicle operation. The role coordinates loaner vehicle check-outs and returns, assists customers with paperwork, and keeps vehicle records, keys, and the loaner area organized. The Rental Agent also helps ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, inspected, and ready for customers, and provides general porter and Service department vehicle support. The position pays $20 per hour and requires open availability and Saturdays.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate customer and dealership vehicles.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Open availability and availability to work Saturdays.

• Automotive dealership, rental car, hospitality, or similar experience.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the check-out and return of service loaner vehicles.
• Assist customers with loaner vehicle paperwork and provide a professional experience.
• Track vehicle availability, keys, mileage, fuel levels, and vehicle condition.
• Inspect loaner vehicles at check-out and return.
• Help ensure loaner vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for the next customer.
• Move and stage vehicles around the dealership as needed.
• Maintain an organized loaner vehicle area.
• Assist with general porter and Service department vehicle needs.
• Communicate with Service Advisors and the Service Manager regarding vehicle availability and customer needs.
• Promptly report vehicle damage or concerns.
• Follow dealership procedures for the safe handling and operation of vehicles.
