About The Position

Bob's Rentals, operating as AVIS Rent a Car, is hiring a Rental Sales Agent for a fast-paced, high-traffic airport location. This full-time, performance-based sales and customer service role offers $19 per hour during 90-day training, followed by $17 per hour, uncapped monthly incentive bonuses, and a $1,000 hiring bonus after 90 days. The posting gives yearly salary ranges of $30,000–$70,000 and, in another section, $31,000–$70,000. The position offers 40 hours per week, back-to-back days off each week, and pay differentials for hours worked Monday through Friday from 6:00 p.m. to closing and for weekend shifts. Flexibility for all shifts, including evenings and weekends, is expected. Requirements
