About The Position

Atkins Kroll is seeking a customer-focused and driven Rental Agent for its Avis, Budget, and Payless Rental team. The role provides customer service throughout the vehicle rental process, helping customers identify rental solutions and promoting value-added services. The Rental Agent guides customers from start to finish to ensure a smooth and professional experience.

Requirements

• Valid Guam driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process rental agreements and required documentation.
• Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service.
• Educate customers on rental options, vehicle features, and add-on services.
• Conduct vehicle inspections with customers before and after rentals.
• Collect payments and deposits, and issue receipts accurately.
• Manage reservations and update rental system records.
• Balance daily transactions and prepare end-of-shift reports.
• Follow up on overdue rentals and coordinate extensions.
• Answer phone calls and assist customers with inquiries.
• Maintain organized records and a professional workspace.
• Assist with reports and administrative tasks as needed.
