Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing.
• Assist customers with account openings, account maintenance, and general banking questions.
• Build customer relationships by identifying needs and providing helpful solutions.
• Support fellow associates and collaborate across departments.
• Handle confidential financial information accurately and with attention to detail.
