About The Position

United Bank is seeking a full-time Relationship Banker for its Cascade Village Branch. The role is the first point of contact for customers and focuses on building relationships while helping customers meet their financial objectives. The banker assists with everyday banking needs, including processing transactions, managing accounts, making referrals to affiliates, and completing general office and banking tasks. The position also contributes to the customer experience by making loans, opening new accounts, cross-selling services, and resolving problems. Building strong customer relationships supports account retention. The role includes responsibilities for compliance related to the position and may involve special projects or additional duties. Requirements

• One-year certificate from a college or technical school, 3 to 6 months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to build relationships, follow instructions, learn new tasks, and follow up.
• Ability to stand and walk regularly, use hands and arms, and talk and hear.
