Relationship Banker (Senior Teller)
About The Position
United Bank of Michigan is hiring a full-time Relationship Banker for its Cascade Village Branch in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The Relationship Banker is often the first impression customers have of the bank and helps them meet their financial objectives by building strong customer relationships. The role assists customers with banking needs, including processing transactions, managing accounts, referring customers to affiliates, and performing general office and banking tasks. It also supports the customer experience by making loans, opening new accounts, cross-selling services, and resolving problems. The position includes compliance responsibilities related to the role and may involve special projects or additional duties. Requirements
- One-year certificate from a college or technical school, 3 to 6 months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to build relationships, follow instructions, learn new tasks, and follow up.
- Ability to stand and walk regularly, use hands and arms, and talk and hear.
