About the position
Solaris is seeking an experienced talent to support their Regulatory Reporting team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the growth of Solaris in Italy by developing solutions for regulatory reporting requirements. You will be responsible for performing operative processes for regulatory and statistical reporting, as well as working cross-functionally on the automation of reporting processes. Additionally, you will collaborate with various teams to continuously improve the quality of reporting and controls. Responsibilities
- Develop solutions for regulatory reporting requirements in the Italian market
- Perform operative processes for regulatory and statistical reporting under Italian and EU regulation
- Work on the automation of reporting processes
- Collaborate with Finance, Data, Product teams, and other functions to improve the quality of reporting and controls
- Monitor developments in the regulatory field and implement new requirements
- Interact with Bank of Italy, auditors, and foster open communication
- Have experience in the financial industry, preferably in fintechs
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Hold an economics master's degree or equivalent
- Work experience with data, SQL, reporting, or working with supervisory banking authorities
- Desire to develop skills and experience in a dynamic and growing business model
- Ability to implement new requirements and improvements independently
- Excellent communication skills

- Experience in the financial industry, preferably in fintechs

- Master's degree in economics in Italy or equivalent
