About the position
Solaris is seeking a candidate for the role of Outsourcing Management Support. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and executing outsourcing and procurement initiatives, with a focus on standardization, digitalization, and automation. They will also be responsible for reporting on outsourcing performance and ensuring compliance with outsourcing and procurement policies. Strong data analytics skills, stakeholder communication, and experience in risk and compliance are required for this role. The candidate should also have experience in building and automating control processes for outsourcings.
Responsibilities
- Collect, summarize, and escalate performance input/assessments from internal and external stakeholders
- Perform and escalate control interactions with third parties
- Collect and escalate monthly third party outsourcing reporting and approvals
- Support the business in defining and implementing outsourcing controls and SLAs
- Support the implementation of outsourcing and procurement initiatives with a focus on standardization, digitalization, and automation
- Implement and execute requirements defined in the Outsourcing & Procurement Policy
- Support the monthly Outsourcing Performance Reporting to Management with a focus on data analytics and plausiblization
- Implement and report monthly SLA reporting and other control activities
- Provide transparency on control gaps and drive mitigation actions
- Ensure escalations with external parties are performed
- Support various third party management initiatives
- Cooperate and integrate various stakeholders to ensure an integrated end-to-end setup and ongoing management of contracts and outsourcing related legal topics
- Conduct trainings for Retained Organizations on topics related to Outsourcing Management, Controlling, and Reporting
- Document and continuously improve processes
- Minimum 5 years experience in risk, compliance, audit, or provider management
- Strong data analytics competencies, especially in the context of business-specific data sets
- Very good stakeholder communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- Experience in building, iterating, and automating control, monitoring, or assessment processes for outsourcings
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in risk, compliance, audit or provider management
- Very strong data analytics competencies especially in the context of Business specific data sets (Excel and Powerpoint is a must), SQL and JIRA-Insights is a plus
- Very good stakeholder communication, presentation and analytical skills with diverse teams and different hierarchy levels (internally and externally)
- Experience in building, iterating and automating control, monitoring or assessment processes for outsourcings
