Responsibilities
- Own all topics related to regulatory, audit, loan loss provisioning, and IFRS 9 in the Credit Risk area and ensure team compliance
- Own the credit control process within Credit Risk
- Create, maintain, and update accordingly the internal Credit Risk working procedures and policies
- Review and assess the impact of regulatory updates (most notably MaRisk, KWG, and CRR) on Credit Risk Management
- Act as the point of contact with Credit Bureau agencies
- Provide support to internal and external audit missions as and when needed within the pre-agreed deadlines
- Responsible for remediation plans and closing audit findings
Requirements
- A university degree, ideally with a focus on econometrics, banking or a comparable qualification
- Passionate about credit, regulatory environment and audit
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Credit Risk with focus on regulatory topics and audit. IFRS 9 experience is a plus.
- Very good knowledge of the German banking regulatory environment
- German speaking would be a major advantage
- Result-oriented and structured way of working, with a high degree of self-organization and with focus on details
