• Own all topics related to regulatory, audit, loan loss provisioning, and IFRS 9 in the Credit Risk area and ensure team compliance
• Own the credit control process within Credit Risk
• Create, maintain, and update accordingly the internal Credit Risk working procedures and policies
• Review and assess the impact of regulatory updates (most notably MaRisk, KWG, and CRR) on Credit Risk Management
• Act as the point of contact with Credit Bureau agencies
• Provide support to internal and external audit missions as and when needed within the pre-agreed deadlines
• Responsible for remediation plans and closing audit findings

• A university degree, ideally with a focus on econometrics, banking or a comparable qualification
• Passionate about credit, regulatory environment and audit
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Credit Risk with focus on regulatory topics and audit. IFRS 9 experience is a plus.
• Very good knowledge of the German banking regulatory environment
• German speaking would be a major advantage
