• Support strategic projects from a finance perspective, such as RFPs, new product implementations, and integration of European branches and subsidiaries
• Assist accounting teams with topics around accounting processes under HGB and IFRS and preparation of annual financial statements
• Analyze and improve financial processes to shorten time to close, improve controls, and ensure scalability
• Collaborate with other departments to build correct booking logics and models for new financial products
• Liaise with auditors and manage internal and external findings
• Have extensive experience in Accounting/Finance processes and benefit from an audit background
• Fluent in English and German
• Strong understanding and practical experience of Finance and Accounting, preferably in the banking industry
