About the position
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a background in iPaas/Saas to lead our Enterprise Sales team. This role involves setting the vision, best practices, and collaborative culture to make the Enterprise team an integral part of our wider sales organization. As a Regional Vice President, you will manage a team of Enterprise Account Executives, ensuring the even distribution of inbound opportunities and overseeing daily activities and quotas. Responsibilities
- Set the vision, best practices, and collaborative culture for the Enterprise Sales team
- Lead and manage a regional team of Enterprise Account Executives (AEs)
- Manage customer relationships from prospecting, qualification, and closing, to post-sales growth
- Ensure even distribution of inbound opportunities
- Oversee the daily activities and quota of the Enterprise Sales team
- Identify and implement best practices with the team
- Impact the long-term sales playbook of the organization
- Build and develop a rapidly growing sales team
- Flex global leadership muscles
- Contribute to the growth and success of the company
Requirements
- Experience in sales management with a background in iPaas/Saas
- Ability to set vision, best practices, and collaborative culture for the Enterprise Sales team
- Strong leadership skills to make the Enterprise team indispensable to the wider sales organization
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to identify best practices and impact long-term sales playbook
