About the position
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our Enterprise Architecture - Customer Success team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in guiding our enterprise customers on automation and integration best practices, architecture patterns, governance processes, and helping them scale their automation practice. Additionally, you will be responsible for participating in pre and post-sales activities, acting as a Workato evangelist, contributing to the architecture working group, and engaging with senior leaders and champions at customer organizations.

- Define operating model, governance processes, and security practices for customers
- Familiarity with integration approaches such as microservices, event-driven architecture, messaging, and enterprise data hub
- Develop content such as presentations, demos, white papers, best practices, solution packs, and online courses
- Perform architecture reviews and make recommendations to optimize solutions
- Contribute to a library of reusable architecture and design patterns
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Technical skills in at least three areas such as Enterprise Data Hub Architecture, Microservices or API-based Integration Architecture, Event-driven Architecture, Data Pipelines, Process Automation, Process Mining, Integration/Automation Strategy Development, Operating Models
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
