Content Strategist Intern

We are seeking an exceptional Content strategist intern to join our team at Workato. As part of the Product-Led Growth team, you will be responsible for creating engaging content to support feature discovery, in-context guides, and education for our users. Your role will involve developing user experiences and journeys, engaging users through various channels such as in-product guides, documentation, and blog content. Additionally, you will be responsible for translating complex concepts into compelling messages, updating content, and utilizing the right channels to reach our target audience. SEO optimization will also be a focus in this role.

Create engaging content for feature discovery, in-context guides, and education for Workato users

Develop user experiences and user journeys

Engage users through in-product guides, documentation, blog content, and more

Help customers grow from novice users to intermediate users to Workato gurus

Turn complex concepts into compelling messages for different channels and audiences

Develop and update content and set up the right channels to reach the audience

Interpret different types of input, align with internal stakeholders, and translate insights into engaging content
