About the position
The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for driving strong sales results for Garner's fully and self-insured products in the 50-5,000 life segment. This role will focus on relationship management within Garner's partnership ecosystem of benefits brokers, consultants, general agents, and employers. The ideal candidate should have experience in a quota-carrying sales role, particularly in health insurance or employer point solutions. They should also have a strong ability to present and communicate a value proposition to external stakeholders. This position offers a base salary range of $110,000 - $135,000 annually, with commission eligibility.
Responsibilities
- Own revenue responsibilities for Garner's fully insured product, focusing on the 50-5,000 life segment
- Continue and expand on Garner's existing fully and self-insured broker partnerships
- Develop foundational infrastructure and processes for tracking fully insured sales and partnership pipeline
Requirements
- Experience in a quota-carrying sales role
- Experience in health insurance or employer point solutions required
- Desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment with notable upside
- Desire to be a part of the mission to improve the healthcare system
- Strong ability to present and communicate a value proposition to external stakeholders
