Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team at Garner. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in revolutionizing how people find top doctors in their area and ensure prompt reimbursement of medical claims. You will collaborate closely with our product and design team, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and contributing to a fast-paced and innovative environment. The ideal candidate should have a strong ability to deliver across the tech stack, a willingness to learn and apply new techniques and technologies, and expertise in TypeScript or modern JavaScript. This position is fully remote.

• Design, build, and launch new features and improve the overall quality of the Garner app
• Collaborate across disciplines to understand users and iterate on new ideas
• Protect users' privacy and security through secure coding practices
• Support the Garner app in production

• 6+ years hands-on work delivering full-stack software
• Expertise in TypeScript (preferred) or modern JavaScript
• Familiarity with React, NodeJS, Docker, and a major cloud provider
• Experience with one or more database systems, especially PostgreSQL or ElasticSearch
• Experience working in a team using agile methodologies and fluency

• Fully remote position
• Competitive salary range of $125,000 - $190,000 annually
