Proposal Writer

We are seeking a dynamic Proposal Writer to join our Business Development team at Team CATHEXIS. This role presents a tremendous opportunity for career growth and gaining a diverse range of skills and experience. Working directly with the SVP for Growth Operations, the successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting CATHEXIS' rapid expansion. This position requires comfort in a dynamic small business environment and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities. The role offers exposure to the entire BD lifecycle, the opportunity to shape proposal processes, and the potential to win larger and more complex proposals.

• Write and edit proposals, responses to RFIs/SSNs/Market Research, and white papers
• Develop compliant, compelling proposal content using a variety of methodologies
• Interview subject matter experts (SMEs), consultants, capture managers, and other proposal team members to develop new content
• Adapt existing proposal content for reuse in new proposals
• Review government-provided and open source documentation to enhance understanding of the client and requirements
• Work with graphic designers to develop appropriate graphics for proposal volumes
• Support proposal coordination efforts (outline, compliance, data calls, etc)
• Coordinate inputs from multiple SMEs and drive adherence to proposal schedule milestones
• Provide proposal content within prescribed deadlines
• Improve and manage SharePoint site for proposal status tracking and placement of proposal artifacts

• BA or BS degree
• 5+ years of experience in writing proposals and RFI/Sources Sought/White Paper responses for Federal government clients in the professional services space
