Content Management Analyst

Promote content standards and consistency across websites and content management systems, ensuring that all materials adhere to established guidelines and best practices.

Collaborate with communications staff to develop and maintain content that supports corporate goals and communicates the project's mission and services effectively to various audiences.

Edit and manage the communication content of websites, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency of messaging.

Monitor website analytics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations for content enhancements.

Work closely with internal stakeholders, such as subject matter experts and IT professionals, to gather and incorporate relevant information into website content.

Assist in the development of content strategies and editorial calendars to keep website content up-to-date and engaging.

Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content management, sharing insights with the team and applying new knowledge to improve website performance.

Participate in regular meetings and collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and coordination of content management efforts.

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in content management, editing, or a related field.
• Strong editing and writing skills, with attention to detail and the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in content management systems, such as WordPress or Drupal, and experience with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and achieving results.
• Experience working with the Department of Veterans Affairs or other federal healthcare organizations (preferred).
