Content Management Analyst

We are seeking a talented Content Management Analyst to support the Department of Veterans Affairs. • Promote content standards and consistency across websites and content management systems
• Collaborate with communications staff to develop and maintain content that supports corporate goals
• Edit and manage the communication content of websites, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency of messaging
• Monitor website analytics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations for content enhancements
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather and incorporate relevant information into website content
• Assist in the development of content strategies and editorial calendars to keep website content up-to-date and engaging
• Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content management
• Participate in regular meetings and workshops to gather information, share insights, and collaborate with team members on content initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in content management, editing, or a related field.
• Strong editing and writing skills, with attention to detail and the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in content management systems, such as WordPress or Drupal, and experience with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and achieving results.
• Experience working with the Department of Veterans Affairs or other federal healthcare organizations (preferred).
