Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to support the Department of Veterans Affairs. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will provide technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environments, ensuring effective implementation and adherence to best practices. • Provide technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environments in the context of virtual healthcare delivery.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of systems and processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
• Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions.
• Assist senior consultants with analysis and evaluation, preparing recommendations for system improvements, optimization, development, and maintenance efforts.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices in information systems architecture, networking, telecommunications, automation, communications protocols, risk management/electronic analysis, software lifecycle management, software development methodologies, and modeling and simulation.

• Master's Degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in quality assurance management or a related field
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of quality assurance best practices and methodologies in the context of virtual healthcare delivery
• Experience working with the Department of Veterans Affairs or similar healthcare organizations
• Familiarity with VA systems, processes, and regulations
• Experience in telehealth or other virtual healthcare services
• Relevant industry certifications, such as CQA, CQE, or PMP
• Experience in MS SharePoint and MS Power Platform
• Knowledge of ISO9001 and CMMI quality management processes
