About The Position

The Project Coordinator II supports Project Managers and Electrical Field Engineers by coordinating project documentation, field deliverables, communications, meetings, onboarding tasks, and scheduled work dispatches. The role involves working with project teams and clients across locations, using technology and project management tools to support coordination and project performance. The position is with NV5, a provider of engineering, consulting, and geospatial solutions.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field preferred.
• Project coordinating experience within engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track documentation requirements and upload technical drawings and reports for Project Managers and Electrical Field Engineers.
• Audit assigned project field deliverables and follow up with team members to ensure they are complete.
• Maintain written and verbal communication with assigned project teams and clients, including project emails, meeting minutes, proposals, and documentation of conference calls.
• Coordinate with individuals and project teams in person and across the country using technology and project management tools.
• Attend internal and external meetings for assigned projects as directed by the Project Manager.
• Organize folders and ensure new site onboarding tasks are complete in trackers and with accounting.
• Facilitate client meetings with support from NV5 Project Managers.
• Send Electrical Field Engineer dispatches for scheduled work as directed by the Project Manager.
• Disseminate information to team members in a timely manner.
• Track deliverables and advise appropriate team members of item status.
