About the position
Connatix is seeking a Programmatic Ad Operations Associate to join their team. The associate will be responsible for supporting the sales and account management teams in managing PMP operations to drive revenue growth. This includes deal activation, troubleshooting, optimization, and analytics. The ideal candidate should have a background in advertising operations or analytical ad tech, with experience in campaign setup, brand safety, performance capabilities, and reporting using DSP platforms such as TTD, DV360, MediaMath, Yahoo DSP, and Adobe. The associate will collaborate with the team to fulfill client deliverables, brainstorm strategic recommendations, monitor budgets, and analyze performance data.
Responsibilities
- Works closely with a team of Sellers & Account Managers to fulfill client deliverables including PMP activation, troubleshooting, optimization & internal-facing PMP ad operations.
- Collaborate with Sellers & Account Managers to brainstorm strategic recommendations and optimizations to meet identified KPIs for high priority campaigns.
- Monitor and maximize budgets in accordance with client objectives.
- Analyze performance data to highlight key trends.
Requirements
- Experience in Advertising Operations or analytical Ad Tech backgrounds
- Familiarity with DSP platforms such as TTD, DV360, MediaMath, Yahoo DSP, Adobe, etc.
- Knowledge of campaign setup and structure
- Understanding of brand safety and performance capabilities
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and optimization of PMP operations
- Ability to collaborate with Sellers and Account Managers to fulfill client deliverables
- Strong analytical skills to analyze performance data and identify key trends
- Budget monitoring and optimization skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
