Publisher Solutions Associate (EG)

We are seeking a Publisher Solutions Associate to join our Technical Services team at Connatix. In this role, you will be responsible for extensive systems integration, web development, and troubleshooting of ad placements for our enterprise customers and prospects. Your expertise in Connatix's technology and platform will allow you to create customized implementations and solutions for some of the most sophisticated online publishers in the world. Working closely with Account Managers and Campaign Support Managers, you will serve as the technical and platform subject matter expert, ensuring the success of our customers on the Connatix Elements and Playspace platforms.

• Extensive systems integration and web development
• Troubleshooting of ad placements for enterprise customers and prospects
• Devise customized implementations and solutions for online publishers
• Serve as the technical and platform subject matter expert
• Work alongside Account Managers and Campaign Support Managers
• Ensure the in-market success of customers on the Connatix Elements and Playspace platforms
• Communicate technical concepts, constraints, and possibilities to a non-technical audience
• Train and support clients on a technology platform
• Configure and implement enterprise software applications
• Emphasize curiosity and perseverance in problem solving
• Multi-task and prioritize implementations for various customers
• Interface independently with many internal teams

• A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent demonstrable skills) and at least 1-2 years of work experience
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
• Web development with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with web development in restricted environments and jQuery is an asset
• Performance and page analysis using browser debugging & development tools
• Interest in web design and a passion for providing a high quality web experience
• Hands-on industry experience in ad technologies and web analytics
• Knowledge of ad servers, SSPs, DSPs, DMPs, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
