About the position
The Program Officer position within LISC's national Family Income and Wealth Building department involves providing data analysis support to LISC's network of Financial Opportunity Center partners and co-managing a client management system in Salesforce. The role focuses on utilizing data analysis to enhance the organization's network evaluation efforts and understand the impact of programs on family income and wealth. Effective communication of analytical findings, management of the Learning Management System, and support for the Family Financial Tracking Template in Salesforce are also key responsibilities. The position may involve contributing to related projects and initiatives as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with experienced data-related Senior Program Officer
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis using various raw data sets
- Communicate the results of data analysis through written reports and visually appealing presentations
- Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Provide in-person trainings to facilitate effective utilization of the LMS
- Co-manage the Family Financial Tracking Template (FFTTM) within Salesforce
- Offer support to end-users of the FFTTM in Salesforce
- Create and maintain training manuals for users to navigate the system and track family income and wealth data accurately
- Take on other duties as assigned by the organization, including contributing to related projects and initiatives.
