Director of Fund Design & Modeling, Strategic Investments

The job overview for this role is to lead the creation of new impact funds and engage with stakeholders to secure their support. This includes conducting research and modeling, coordinating with the Fund Development team to raise capital, managing requests for new funds, and creating investor term sheets and fund structures. The role also involves establishing and refining policies and procedures for fund creation, problem-solving with investors and internal teams, and performing other assigned duties.

• Lead external engagements with stakeholders to support creating new impact funds
• Secure buy-in from stakeholders to construct the necessary components of an impact fund
• Ensure appropriate research and modeling is completed to support the new fund effort
• Coordinate with the Fund Development team to raise capital for new funds
• Manage requests for consideration of new funds from LISC local offices
• Work with marketing to create presentations and decks to motivate stakeholders to commit to new funds
• Create initial investor term sheets and high-level fund structure with LISC legal and Fund Design team
• Establish and refine policies and procedures related to the creation of new funds
• Proactively problem solve with investors and internal teams and offer recommendations when issues arise related to business development
• Perform all other assigned duties

• Competitive salary range of $135,490 - $159,400

• Less than once a month travel, up to 15% annually
