About The Position

Snap Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to join the Ads Platform Product team on the Signals and Measurement Team. The role focuses on products and integrations that connect Snap with third-party advertising and commerce partners, creating value for advertisers and strengthening Snap’s signals ecosystem. The Product Manager will set product vision, strategy, and roadmaps; assess how changes in privacy, signals, identity, and industry standards affect integrations; and lead partner-enabled product development from opportunity through MVP and alpha launch. The role involves balancing partner needs, advertiser value, technical feasibility, data quality, and speed to market, and using early results and feedback to guide product decisions. The position works closely with Engineering, Data Science, Marketing Science, Sales, Partnerships, Product Marketing, and other Ads teams. It also builds relationships across the ad tech and commerce ecosystem and helps deliver high-quality products that enable advertisers to understand the value of advertising on Snap. Snap expects team members to work in an office 4 or more days per week under its “default together” policy.

  • Experience building products with external technology partners, including aligning on shared goals, defining integration requirements, and navigating partner constraints.
  • Ability to turn ambiguous opportunities into focused MVPs or alphas, make scope and sequencing trade-offs, and refine products using partner and customer feedback.
  • Technical fluency and ability to work with Engineering and Data Science on APIs, data flows, identity and signal integrations, system constraints, and technical requirements.
  • Familiarity with the ad tech ecosystem, including advertising platforms, identity and data providers, measurement partners, bidding platforms, and commerce platforms.
  • Knowledge of how privacy, data use, and signal availability shape partner integrations and advertiser experiences.
  • Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts, product decisions, and trade-offs to cross-functional teams, senior leaders, and external partners.
  • Ability to manage roadmaps and dependencies, deliver products steadily, influence without authority, and navigate competing priorities.
