About The Position

iPostal1, a provider of digital mailbox technology, is seeking an intelligent and ambitious Product Manager to join its Tech team. The role supports Product Manager(s) with existing products and their ongoing changes, fixes, and new features, while also providing project management for these enhancements. The position works with team members to coordinate resources and timelines and keep projects and stakeholders informed of status. It is based at the company’s corporate office in Montebello, New York, in Rockland County.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Previous experience managing projects through to completion.
• Customer focus.
• Strong time-management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to organize thoughts and data into writing.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous project management experience and use of project management tools and software are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of assigned products and their features.
• Collect and document feedback from internal users.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to suggest improvements.
• Assist in managing each assigned product’s lifecycle.
• Document and assist in planning each project.
• Track and maintain up-to-date data on projects, metrics, and deadlines.
• Communicate status to all parties involved in projects and product launches.
