About The Position

An established global organization expanding into prescription hearing healthcare is seeking an experienced Product Manager to help develop and build a new portfolio of prescription hearing devices and accessories. Collaboration with global teams across multiple time zones is expected.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in the prescription hearing aid industry, including product management, product development, audiology, clinical, engineering, or another product-facing role.
  • Direct experience developing, launching, fitting, supporting, or commercializing prescription hearing aids.
  • Strong understanding of audiology, hearing aid technology, fitting workflows, and the needs of hearing care professionals and patients.
  • Experience working directly with R&D, engineering, or product development teams throughout the product development lifecycle, including testing and launch.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day product development activities, including product definition, roadmap priorities, and decisions related to prescription hearing aids and accessories.
  • Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams throughout product development, from initial concepts through testing and commercialization.
  • Participate directly in prototype evaluations, product testing, troubleshooting, and field trials.
  • Gather feedback from audiologists, hearing care professionals, patients, and other stakeholders to identify unmet needs and opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate clinical, customer, and market insights into product requirements, specifications, and development priorities.
  • Evaluate product decisions based on audiological performance, usability, technical feasibility, quality, cost, and timelines.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing hearing aid technologies, products, and industry practices.
  • Coordinate product launch activities, including packaging, labeling, documentation, training materials, and market readiness.
  • Monitor product performance, customer feedback, adoption, quality, and other key metrics to support ongoing improvements.
  • Work with internal teams across R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, Marketing, and Sales.
