  • Hands-on experience developing or delivering digital products, such as mobile applications, connected hearing devices, fitting or clinician software, cloud platforms, or related digital health solutions.
  • Strong understanding of audiology, prescription hearing aids, fitting workflows, and the needs of hearing care professionals and patients.
  • Experience collaborating with software engineering teams throughout product development, testing, launch, and ongoing improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day digital product development activities, including product roadmaps, requirements, priorities, and feature decisions.
  • Collaborate with software engineering and R&D teams throughout product development, testing, and release.
  • Help develop digital solutions across mobile applications, fitting and clinician software, device connectivity, firmware, cloud services, APIs, and remote care technologies.
  • Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and development priorities.
  • Review software builds, participate in testing, identify issues, and work with technical teams to develop solutions.
  • Conduct customer research, usability testing, workflow evaluations, and concept validation to improve digital experiences.
  • Gather feedback from audiologists, hearing care professionals, patients, and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Hearing Aid Product Manager to ensure digital solutions integrate effectively with physical hearing devices.
  • Work with Regulatory, Quality, Privacy, and Cybersecurity teams to support product compliance, validation, and release readiness.
  • Coordinate digital product launches and updates with Marketing, Sales, Training, and Customer Support.
  • Monitor product adoption, engagement, usability, reliability, customer satisfaction, and other performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify existing hearing healthcare workflows and improve the experience for patients and hearing care professionals.
