About The Position

Under the direction of the VP of R&D, the Digital Product Manager will help build the hearing aid company’s digital hearing ecosystem from the ground up. It defines digital experiences across mobile apps, fitting or clinician software, firmware, cloud services, APIs, remote care, analytics, and device connectivity; conducts discovery, workflow research, usability testing, field evaluations, and concept validation; partners with cross-functional teams on compliance and release readiness; and uses analytics, customer feedback, and defect trends to guide continuous improvement. The position is on-site in Minnetonka, Minnesota, and requires willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%.
