IDEMIA•,

About The Position

IDEMIA Public Security is hiring a Product Manager III to lead assigned Smart Credentials products. The role defines and communicates product vision, positioning, strategy, business priorities, and multi-year roadmaps, and owns product lifecycle activities from discovery and business case through requirements, development, qualification, launch, sustainment, migration, end-of-sale, and end-of-life. The Product Manager gathers customer, partner, sales, market, competitive, regulatory, and technical input and turns it into requirements, use cases, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs. The position prioritizes features and investments by balancing customer value, market opportunity, business impact, security and compliance, technical feasibility, cost, schedule, risk, and available resources. It coordinates cross-functional execution across internal teams and external suppliers, and supports customer discovery, presentations, demonstrations, proposals, RFIs/RFPs, questionnaires, and strategic account engagements. The portfolio includes smart cards and hardware authenticators for physical and logical access; PKI, FIDO2/passkeys, multifactor authentication, encryption, digital signatures, and passwordless authentication; contact, contactless, dual-interface, and hybrid credentials; and related operating systems, applets, personalization, key management, middleware, minidrivers, readers, APIs, SDKs, and management tools. The role also plans for current and emerging cryptography, including crypto-agility and post-quantum cryptography. The Product Manager drives new-product introduction and readiness, develops costing and pricing recommendations with partner teams, supports business cases and forecasts, leads product reviews, manages vendor and partner contributions, and ensures product requirements and launch decisions address applicable identity, cybersecurity, interoperability, quality, privacy, export, and regulatory obligations. After launch, the role monitors product performance and customer feedback and drives corrective actions, enhancements, documentation improvements, and portfolio simplification. It maintains product documentation such as roadmaps, requirements, decision records, playbooks, launch packages, lifecycle notices, and training materials.
