About The Position
Indeed is seeking a senior product manager to lead the Organizational Management function within its Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) organization. This high-visibility role will drive a key function that enables Indeed’s growth. The position oversees product strategy and roadmaps for one or more product areas, prioritizes work, coordinates execution across teams, uses data to assess impact, and communicates complex information and options to stakeholders and leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 12 years of relevant experience, 14 years of relevant experience, or equivalent in education and experience.
- Experience with data analytics, such as SQL or equivalent, A/B testing, UX tools such as Figma, and AI tools and prototyping such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor.
- Experience with front-end user experience across web, mobile, and apps.
- Data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the strategy and roadmap for one or more product areas, including intake, backlog, business case, and user stories.
- Prioritize initiatives and maintain clarity about the most important work.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
- Work with capability owners and development teams to maintain a healthy backlog.
- Use data to guide decisions and measure impact.
- Summarize and present complex information, issues, processes, and options clearly to leadership, team members, and other groups.
