About The Position

The Teller works as an individual contributor within established processes, providing accurate transactional, operational, and client support. The role includes serving a diverse audience, building relationships with clients and colleagues, and working toward individual and banking-center sales and service goals. Tellers may also assist other departments as needed and are expected to treat others respectfully and follow established guidelines and policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong work ethic and ability to complete work accurately.
• Ability to think logically, analyze situations, and make sound decisions.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Capacity to work with multiple computer and software systems.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts, such as cash back and percentages.

Nice To Haves

• Previous banking, cash-handling, or financial-services experience.
• At least 6 months of demonstrated successful cash-handling experience.
• Bilingual language skills.
• A passionate and motivated self-starter.
• Interest in educating clients about banking products and the bank's digital technologies.
