About The Position

The Teller performs routine transactional, operational, and client-support tasks, provides exceptional service to a diverse audience, and works toward individual and banking-center sales and service goals. The position calls for accurate, detailed work within established guidelines and processes, with clear direction and limited dependence on other team members. Tellers build rapport with clients and associates, treat others with respect, and assist other departments as needed. The role is presented as an opportunity to build a finance career, with training and coaching during onboarding and on the job, and potential advancement as performance is demonstrated.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong work ethic and ability to complete work accurately.
• Ability to think logically, analyze situations, and make sound decisions.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Capacity to work with multiple computer and software systems.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as cash back and percentages.

Nice To Haves

• Previous banking, cash-handling, or financial-services experience.
• Six or more months of demonstrated successful cash-handling experience.
• Bilingual language skills.
• A passionate, motivated, self-starting approach.
• Interest in educating clients about the bank's products and digital technologies.
