About The Position

The Teller provides exceptional service to a diverse audience while performing routine transactional, operational, and client support tasks. The role works toward individual and banking center sales and service goals and may assist other departments as needed. Tellers are expected to build rapport with clients and fellow associates and treat others with respect and consideration regardless of status or position.

This role is suited to someone seeking to build a career in finance. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong work ethic and ability to complete work accurately.
• Ability to think logically, analyze situations, and make sound decisions.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work with multiple computer and software systems.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts, such as cash back and percentages.
• Ability to perform physical tasks that may involve grasping, pushing, pulling, lifting, bending, raising, and holding hands and arms overhead.
• Ability to work overtime as necessary, typically no more than 5%.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; employment eligibility verification is required at hire.
• Selected candidates must complete a criminal history report, global screen, drug screen, employment credit report, and, if applicable, a driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Previous banking, cash handling, or financial service experience.
• Six or more months of demonstrated successful cash handling experience.
• Bilingual language skills.
• Passionate and motivated self-starter.
• Passion for educating clients on banking products and digital technologies available at the bank.
