About The Position

Talley Eye Institute is seeking an enthusiastic Patient Service Specialist to manage efficient patient flow from arrival through departure. The role performs clerical duties and interacts with clinic personnel, patients, visitors, and fellow employees to support positive relationships. The position includes patient check-in and check-out activities, handling payments, scheduling appointments, and scanning documents into the electronic medical record. The employee must protect confidential personal and financial information and may need to travel to satellite offices as scheduled. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Requirements
