About the position
This Partnerships Director role at MetaLab is focused on growing their F500 and enterprise relationships. The role requires a deep understanding of design and development teams, as well as the ability to win over clients and internal teams. The Director will be responsible for qualifying leads, nurturing relationships, and strategizing approaches to solve unique product challenges. They will also play a key role in crafting compelling storytelling and proposals to communicate the value of MetaLab's team. Overall, this role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Understand MetaLab’s business, people, strengths, processes, and culture inside and out, to represent the company to clients.
- Qualify inbound leads and nurture relationships until the deal is closed and handed off to the account team.
- Partner with teams to understand existing work and relationships in enterprise and expand client relationships.
- Scour past network of clients, track market news/product launches, and build relationships with potential clients.
- Lead the entire sales cycle process and strategize approaches to solve unique product challenges.
- Craft thoughtful storytelling to communicate the team's value and lead pitch teams in proposal building and presentation.
- Work with executive leadership and marketing teams to develop organizational strategy for the segment and service offerings.
- Have 8+ years of experience in sales or client services within agency or consulting settings.
- Have a deep understanding of design and development teams and how they work.
- Be a people person who can win over clients and internal teams, while ensuring the right fit for the team.
- Have experience in forming relationships with clients.
